CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE IS BEST WAY TO LOSE ABDOMINAL FAT
An Australian study that evaluated 35 studies discovered that aerobic exercise is the best method for attacking abdominal fat. The researchers couldn't find enough evidence to show that combining aerobics with weight training worked better then aerobics alone, but I personally can't see any negative side effects from incorporating weight training.
Abdominal fat increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated blood fats, heart attack and strokes.
The researchers concluded that moderate-intensity aerobic exercise for 150 minutes per week decreases abdominal fat.
I want to also mention here that diet is the key. If you are not consuming the right type of foods in reference to your goal along with consuming enough water on a daily basis, you will never get the results you desire.
